What is Holistic Listening?
Life is constantly whispering at you, pointing to your destiny. Most of us can’t hear these signals through the static created by limiting-beliefs, habit and unresolved emotions. Holistic Listening is a development of sensitivity to all the sensory languages - sight, touch, smell, taste, auditory, and intuitive - in order to let go of what is false and embody what is true.
Embodiment Through Listening.
Breath
Using a variety of pranayama (yogic breath) techniques, we learn to listen to the body and harness energy to move through emotional states normally beyond conscious awareness.
Sound
Through the use of overtone-emitting instruments as meditative tools, we quiet the thinking mind and develop an ability to hear and feel the subtlety of sensations and our intuition.
Meditation
We employ ancient practices to develop concentration and train the mind towards stillness in order to more directly experience life as it is.
